I started cycling in 1998 to lose the "baby weight" I gained (60lbs) in my first pregnancy. The weight fell off and I lost more than I had gained! It was the craziest, hardest exercise I had ever done, and to be honest after that first class, I thought I was going to die. The hard core exercise soon became an addiction that has lasted 20+ years. I have done all different types of group exercise classes, but cycling has always been my true love.
